Rental Agreement

RENTAL AND PAYMENT

-This is a rental. All signage is owned by Lawngerie Love.

-Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and hold your reservation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

-Ensure someone at the delivery location is aware that Lawngerie Love will be on the property on the delivery and pick-up dates.

-Arrange for scheduled lawn service crews to come before or after the rental period.

-Ensure all pets are secured inside the home, business, or fenced-in area during delivery and pick-up times. During the delivery time, please help us by keeping pets indoors, limiting barking dogs, and closing blinds.

-Water your lawn for two days leading up to the rental. This helps soften the ground for installation.

-Ensure that there is grass available in the setup area. If grass is unavailable, our signs cannot be staked.

-Prior to delivery, turn off your sprinkler systems.

-Do not allow children or others to play on or around the yard card greeting. The greeting will not support the weight of a child or adult that is leaning, sitting, playing, or disturbing the display.

-Do not remove or relocate the yard card greeting as damage may occur from improper handling.

-Do not throw away any part of the yard card greeting display.

-Do not attach any object, such as balloons, to the Yard Card display as damage may occur.

APPROVAL

-You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or neighborhood boards. If the yard card greeting must be removed for any reason, prior to its scheduled pick-up, please contact Lawngerie Love as soon as possible to make arrangements. Do not remove the yard card greeting yourself at any time.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

-Delivery is free within Lake/Orange County (and surrounding areas within a 15 mile radius). For deliveries outside the primary service area, please contact Lawngerie Love to see if your request can be accommodated. 

-Lawngerie Love delivers your yard card greeting anytime after 4 p.m. on the night before your celebration and then will return to pick it up anytime after 4 p.m. on the night of your event. Different time frames for set-up and pick-up can also be arranged when available.

DAMAGES AND FEES

-You will be responsible for damaged or missing yard cards at a rate of $150.00 per staked item.

-You are responsible for damages to the yard card greeting caused by pets, lawn crews, residents, visitors, or others while the yard card greetings is on display.

-Your card will be charged for any damaged/missing yard cards.

WEATHER POLICY

-In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up or remove your yard card greeting safely. Inclement weather incudes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that puts us in harms way. We will first attempt to reschedule due to these conditions, if that is not possible, then a full refund will be given.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

-I release and forever discharge Lawngerie Love its affiliates, members, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any injury or property damages that may arise during the yard card greeting rental period.

-I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lawngerie Love against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and costs.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

-If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Lawngerie Love 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of delivery to receive a 50% refund.

-Cancellations requested less than 24 hours to the date of delivery will not receive a refund.

-Refunds will not be given if the homeowner requests for the greeting to be removed, access being denied to the property, animals preventing the display from being setup, or the unavailability of grass in the setup area.

-Refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions (i.e. lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, or any other type of weather that would put Lawngerie Love in harm's way).

Greeting Policy

-Lawngerie Loves strives to celebrate life's joyful moments. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd or disrespectful language that are not positive in nature.
