  • What is your service area?
    We service Lake County and Orange County - west of i4. If our schedule allows, we will fulfill areas outside of our service area for an additional fee of $75.
  • How do I secure my date?
    A nonrefundable retainer fee in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the picnic, as well as a signed contract is required at time of booking to secure services. The retainer goes toward the balance of your gathering. Retainer fee and signed contract must be received within 48 hours of this correspondence to secure your preferred date and time. Remaining balance will be due as indicated in your contract.
  • How far in advance should I book my gathering?
    Our bookings are first come, first serve. We highly recommend that you book your gathering as soon as you have a date in mind. Due to the popularity of our gatherings, many of our dates sell out fast. Keep in mind that if you book within 7 days of your gathering, a full payment must be submitted.
  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    Let's face it! We live in Florida, so that means our weather can be a tad bit unpredictable. There are times when inclement weather may prevent your gathering from taking place in your original location. A secondary indoor location must be decided upon during booking, in the event of inclement weather. We will be in contact with you no later than 1 day prior to your gathering to discuss a possible location change. If a location change is not feasible, your gathering may be rescheduled up to 2 months from the original contracted date. Refunds for postponed/rescheduled picnics will not be given.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    If there are more than 7 days before your gathering and you must cancel, this will result in the loss of your retainer fee. If you have already made your full payment, you will be refunded the other half and given the opportunity to reschedule within 2 months from your original booking date. If there are less than 7 days before your gathering and you must cancel, this will result in the loss of your retainer fee without the option to reschedule. If you have already made your full payment.
  • What happens if I'm running a little late?
    We're in Central Florida and traffic is ALWAYS a bit crazy! We get it. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, Lawngerie Love reserves the right to cancel your gathering and no refund will be given.
  • Does the Lawngerie Love staff stay during my gathering?
    No. We will be there to welcome you to your gathering and then return towards the end of your scheduled time.
  • Can I bring my pets?
    As much as we love all of man's best friends, we ask that you keep your pets away from the Gathering space.
  • Do you provide any food or beverages?
    Other than the water and sparkling juice cocktail, we do NOT provide food or beverages. We encourage you to bring your own foods to fully enjoy your gathering experience.
  • Can I bring alcohol?
    Unless your gathering location is at your residence, alcohol cannot be consumed in public areas.
  • Can I leave my gathering early?
    You're more than welcome to leave early. However, we ask that you message us prior to leaving so that we can come to retrieve the gathering setup. Please give us a 30min - 45min notice. Do not leave the gathering items unattended, as you are responsible for any damaged or stolen items.
  • What happens if I spill or break something during my gathering?
    We understand that accidents can and will happen. Small spills that involve water or other non-staining liquids will not incur a fee of any kind. If stains occur on any of the surfaces, you will be charged a fee. If any items are broken or stolen during your gathering, you will be charged a replacement fee. Any fees will be communicated in writing to you and then applied to the card used at the time of your booking.
